Refund policy
Wear Your Nightmares operates as a print‑on‑demand store. This means each item is made especially for you once an order is placed. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders placed with an incorrect size or color, or if you’ve simply changed your mind.
That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a free replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery using our contact email and include a clear photo showing the issue. There’s no need to return the damaged item. If multiple products with the same design are affected, we may ask for an additional photo or video showing all impacted items in a single frame for verification.
Please note that Wear Your Nightmares cannot offer refunds or reprints for orders placed with the wrong size or color. If a delivery is unsuccessful, you may choose either a reprint (subject to an additional charge) or a partial refund.
